Brittini is a marketing strategist who’s built a career (and a business) on helping brands show up with purpose—and personality. She believes in storytelling over sales pitches, strategy over guesswork, and that showing up authentically is your secret weapon.
With years of experience in branding, social media, and digital strategy, Brittini’s worked with everyone from fresh startups to established businesses. But she’s not here to hand you a templated solution—she’s here to talk about what actually works in the messy, unpredictable world of business.
On the pod, she brings her signature blend of honesty, humor, and “let’s figure this out together” energy. She’s all about keeping it real, cheering on fellow entrepreneurs, and reminding you that you don’t have to have it all figured out to show up and make an impact.

Jennifer is the finance-savvy half of Ambition After Hours—a fractional CFO who believes numbers don’t have to be scary (and that spreadsheets can, in fact, be F.U.N!). With a passion for helping business owners take control of their money, Jen brings years of experience, sharp insight, and a no-fluff attitude to every conversation.
She’s worked behind the scenes of countless businesses, helping them clean up their books, grow their profits, and stop flying blind when it comes to finances. But more than that, she’s here to normalize the fact that running a business isn’t always easy—and definitely not always glamorous.
On the pod, Jen brings the calm, the clarity, and just the right amount of tough love. She’s the one who’ll remind you that understanding your numbers is empowering, not overwhelming—and she’ll probably crack a "punny" joke while she’s at it.
